In-Asia Grants and Fellowships Info Session

Oberlin Shansi will be hosting an In-Asia Grants and Fellowships Info Session tomorrow (10/1) at the Shansi House located at 58 E College St. We'll be discussing Shansi's post graduate opportunities to work at our partners (including universities, NGOs, and a UN Agency) in China, India, Indonesia, and Japan. We'll also talk about our In-Asia grants where you can earn up to $1500 for Winter Term and Summer Projects in South Asia, Southeast Asia, and East Asia! Pizza will be provided. Announcing Shansi's Newest Fellowship to India

Oberlin Shansi is excited to announce its newest Fellowship to The Keystone Foundation in India. This Fellowship provides an opportunity for a graduating senior or recent alum to work with a dynamic nongovernmental organization (NGO) dedicated to environmental conservation and the advancement of indigenous Adivasi communities living in the Nilgiri Biosphere in Tamil Nadu. Shansi Fellows will have the opportunity to gain valuable, first-hand professional experience in one or more of the following fields: Grassroots Development Environmental Conservation and Education Public Health Arts and Language Preservation Marketing for socially conscious, fair-trade goods Documentary Film, Podcast, and
